Implementation of Yearly Limit on Federal and Supreme Court Justices

Currently, in the United States, there have been various allegations imposed on federal and supreme courts over their delegation of duties. Issues raised are composed of the credibility they work towards attaining the objectives of the court and more so to the citizens of the United States. There have been frequent discussions done on the federal judiciary that is more critical on the decisions which are being made either side loses, side wins, and being right. The raised concerned on the court system of the United States it’s very vital and of great importance because it helps in shaping the law more broadly and be prudent to the citizens of the United States. Court system of the United States make more advancement on matters of law, and there are also other decisions which have been made that deter some of the structural aspects that are being practiced in the federal courts. It would be a good idea to implement some of the yearly limits of federal and Supreme Court justices. It will help to solve structural problems related to ideologue judges, lack of judicial diversity and accountability, which will make the courts have legitimacy; hence citizens have trust in legal decisions that are being made.
